With 5 CNC mills, 4 CNC lathes, two manual lathes, several manual mills, and an experienced, capable staff, Kennley Corporation has a performance capability unique for a company of our size. Below is a general overview of our capabilities:
Our CNC Milling centers can handle up 50" x 20 on the verticals and 32" x 20" on the Horizontals. Four of our CNC mills with 4th axis availability and one machine with 5 axis capability.
Our CNC Turning centers can handle up to 18" diameter at 48" Long. Manual can go up to 15" diameter at 120" long.
Cylindrical OD grinding (up to 11" OD x 24" long) as well as Surface grinding (16" x 32")
Honing up to 2.625" (66mm) ID
Buffing, Polishing, Engraving, Sand Blasting and Tumbling as needed.
We can also handle partial or entire assemblies.
Any plating, coating or Heat treating needs we can manage with our partner vendors.
We now offer Black Oxide service in house.
